He is an accomplished Business and Learning Development Manager with over a decade of experience supporting organizations in building competencies across information technology and business management domains. He has specializes in personnel skills assessment, capacity planning, and training roadmap development, ensuring that workforce development initiatives are strategically aligned with organizational objectives.
Over the years, he has successfully worked with clients across multiple industries, including Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Banking, and the Public Sector, helping them enhance performance through structured capability development programs. He is a Certified Business Manager, PRINCE2® Project Management Practitioner, ITIL® Service Management Professional, and ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Implementer, with a strong commitment to quality management, governance, and continual improvement.

Margaret Agyei is the General Manager of Training Heights, Ghana, where she oversees the organization’s operations and strategic growth within the region.
