MS-721
The MS-721 course prepares IT professionals to design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot modern collaboration and communication systems centering around Microsoft Teams. This role-based training is aimed at those who will work with Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, devices, meetings, webinars, and the supporting infrastructure (networking, identity, device management). The learning path combines theoretical planning, configuration, and hands-on modules to ensure participants not only understand the core components (voice, video, conferencing, rooms) but also how to ensure quality, reliability, and governance.
Learners will explore Microsoft Teams’ telephony features (PSTN, Direct Routing, etc.), meeting / webinar / town hall capabilities, device management for shared / room / “bring your own device” (BYOD) spaces, troubleshooting voice / call quality / device issues, and monitoring systems using Microsoft tools (e.g. Call Quality Dashboard). The course / exam aligns with the Microsoft exam / certification Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate.
